The first Saturday of every month, beginning at 9am and running for approximately one hour.
The space
Morning Meditations are a gentle monthly pause. A time to step out of the noise, arrive in good company, and set an intention for the month ahead. We gather in a calm, welcoming environment, share a cuppa, and are guided through meditation and quiet reflection.
The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. There is no expectation to do meditation “well” or to share unless you feel called to. This is a space to simply be present.
Who it’s for
This offering is open to all. Whether meditation is familiar or completely new to you, you are welcome here. No prior experience is needed.

Booking
Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate. Bookings are encouraged and can be made up to 24 hours in advance. You are welcome to join for one session or return whenever it feels supportive.
